Nanowood fiber composite diaphragm
The FIIO FT1’s diaphragm primarily consists of carefully selected wood fibers, based on 90-year-old spruce wood from Northern Europe, which is a top-grade raw material for musical instruments and fiber products, known for its clear sound and natural tone. Spruce wood undergoes a series of processes, including soaking, cooking, and beating, to create specific wood pulp. To meet acoustic toughness requirements, a precise proportion of carbon fiber material is added. The diaphragm then undergoes another round of baking and molding, resulting in a final thickness of approximately 0.1mm, lightweight and tough. To fully unleash the acoustic performance of the nanowood fibers, light PU material with high internal resistance is utilized for the suspension gasket, improving diaphragm compliance,
