Trade in Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.Add your product to cart and proceed to check-out.

2.On the shipping page, select “Pick up” option.

3.Finalise your order and complete payment.

4.After payment is made and order is confirmed, T K Foto will send you an email letting you know when it's ready for pick-up. Please wait for this notification before visiting the store.

5.Upon arrival at the store, provide your order number along with your Eligible Trade-In Set to our staff.

6.We'll verify your identity using your registered contact number. Please ensure you have your mobile phone for verification purposes.

7.Rejection of Trade-In Set
We may reject Trade-In Sets where the set is materially damaged, incomplete, counterfeit, does not power on, or otherwise are not in acceptable condition, as determined at the staff’s discretion.

Upon such rejection, you may choose to pay the value of the trade‑in discount to complete your purchase of the Product or choose not to proceed with the purchase.
